Select a USCIS-approved U.S. Business or Capital Project through our vetted Regional Center network. Your qualifying capital — $800,000 (₹6.65 Crore) — is transferred to a secure escrow account and protected until your petition is approved by USCIS.
Step 2: File Your I-526E Petition
Your Singletary Law Group attorney prepares and files Form I-526E with USCIS, the official petition that establishes your eligibility for the EB-5 program. We manage every aspect of the process, including preparing and documenting your source of funds.
Step 3: Attend Your Consulate Interview in India
After USCIS approves your petition, you will be scheduled for an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Consulate in India. We prepare you fully — with a complete document checklist and a mock interview session — so you walk in with confidence.
Step 4: Receive Your Green Card and Begin Your American Life
Upon entering the United States, you receive your 2-year Conditional Green Card. After two years, we file Form I-829 on your behalf to remove the conditions — and you receive your permanent 10-year U.S. Green Card. From there, the path to citizenship is open.
